Stacy Rivera [EH]
From: Richard Rose [richardrose@alcometals.com]
Sent: Monday, November 23, 2015 8:59 AM
To: Stacy Rivera [EH]
Subject: Re: Manifesting information
Good morning Stacy,
I went through the notes you sent and it looks like the required manifest information is
on the manifests for the current vendor we use. That's the good news. The bad news is I
have three old invoices that were not accompanied with uniform manifests. I've reached
out to our old vendor (A&S Environmental Services) , but have not had luck getting in
contact with them. They use an admin service that reaches out to drivers via their
dispatch service. I'm not anticipating being able to get these old manifests. I'm going
to give them a few more days, but their service is terrible, and therefore this is why we
switched to a different vendor. I will be submitting exception reports to the DTSC in the
near future for the three invoices that I do not have manifests for. I'll keep you
informed on this issue. If there are any other corrections that need to be completed,
would you please be so kind to list them in your reply email.
Sincerely,
Rich Rose
On Thu, Nov 19, 2015 at 12:06 PM, Stacy Rivera [EH] <srivera@sjcehd.com> wrote:
Consolidated manifesting receipts ("consolidated manifests")
California Health & Safety Code, section 25160.2 (b) (4) lists the information that is
required to be on each receipt.
