Item 19; 25201(a) HSC - Stored Hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days <br /> with out permit or authorization. <br /> One—55 gal drum of Butyl Cellosolve had a start date of 2-8-07 <br /> One—55 gal drum of Glycol Acetone had a start date of 1-17-07 <br /> One—55 gal drum of M.E.K. had a start date of 1-17-07 <br /> Recommendation - <br /> Remove above stated drums. <br /> Action Taken— <br /> Listed items were shipped out as hazardous waste on 6-27-07. Manifest is attached. <br /> Item 20; 66262.34 CCR— Failed to properly label containers of hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> One—5 gal bucket of solvent <br /> One—55 gal drum of Compressor Condensate <br /> Recommendation - <br /> Correctly label the containers. <br /> Action Taken— <br /> A. The 5 gal bucket of solvent was moved to the Hazardous waste collection drum <br /> during the audit. <br /> B. The 55 gal drum of Compressor Condensate was correctly labeled during the audit <br /> Item 77; 66273.15 CCR— Universal waste on site for more than one year <br /> One—5 gal bucket of batteries in the hazardous waste storage area <br /> One—canister of used lamps—no label <br /> One—canister of used lamps—start date 1-21-04 <br /> Recommendation - <br /> Correctly label and have the items proper removed from the facility. <br />
