Four mei at55 gallon drums of used oil filters are all lacking start accumulation date. Used oil filters <br /> must be store in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "Drained Used Oil Filter" and marked with an <br /> accumulatioi start date. Immediately ensure that all used oil filters are managed this way. <br /> -Corrected on site. Failed to store Universal Waste fluorescent tubes in closed container and in manner that prevents <br /> breakage and release to the environment. Three 8' feet fluorescent tubes were seen laying horizontally <br /> against thew ill and on top of the new antifreeze tank and box of several 4' feet used fluorescent tubes. <br /> Fluorescent ti bes must be stored in a structurally sound closed container to prevent accidental <br /> breakage. Co rect by placing the tubes in a structurally sound closed container. <br /> 609. Stored iversal Waste fluorescent tubes on site longer than 1 year. The Universal Waste label <br /> states a start iccumulation date of 07/2009. Owner is unsure if that is the correct start accumulation <br /> date. Univers I Waste fluorescent tubes can be stored on site for up to 1 year of start accumulation <br /> date.
