Turner Road, Lodi, CA. Central Valley Waste Services is a subsidiary of USA Waste <br />of California, Inc. On May 8, 2012, a sketch of the Residential Used Oil Tank was requested as <br />an amendment to the Tank Assessment Reports submitted to San Joaquin County on April 2, <br />2012.
