These may <br />be written into the Plan or <br />attached as two separate <br />documents. <br />Review any site specific BMPs (for <br />example, tank gauging prior and <br />during the transfer) that you <br />want to convey to the <br />participants for transfer and <br />filling procedures or others <br />defined in your SPCC Plan and <br />include in the Notes box below. <br />You may also want to include <br />examples of past spills related to <br />transfer and filling. <br />Notes: <br />Distribute a copy of the site's Standard <br />Operating Practices and review with the <br />participants. <br />A transfer operation is one in which oil is moved <br />from or into a transportation vehicle, equipment, <br />storage or other device.
