Clear Day 40 0 Page 1 of 1
Aris Cacapit [EH]
From: Ratto, Brianne [BRatto@wm.com]
Sent: Thursday, February 19, 2009 2:42 PM
To: Aris Cacapit [EH]
Subject: RE: Hazardous Waste Tank Assessment status check.
Good Afternoon Aris,
We have contracted with Afforda-Test to conduct the integrity testing on the two used oil tanks. Due to the
size/design of the tanks, they had to fabricate some equipment necessary to complete the testing. To date they
have completed the testing of one of the tanks, which passed. They will be back in March to test the second
tank, at which point we will have the assessment signed off by the required PE. I will keep you updated with
regards to our completion. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Thank you.
(Brianne 94. 12atto, R. Your RTC letter stated "...Waste
Management will contract with a Professional Engineer to sign off on the tank integrity assessment for
both used oil tanks".
How is this coming along?
