It was requested that a Return to Compliance Certification, supporting
documentation and corrective action statement for each violation be submitted to your department by
December 13, 2008. Therefore please find the attached responses concerning the inspection report issued
on November 13, 2008,
• 22 CCR 66265.31 — At time of inspection dark oil stains on the ground were observed in the
warehouse and maintenance shop.
Both the maintenance shop and the storage warehouse have been cleaned. Employees have been
instructed on the proper use of grease sweep and instructed to immediately clean it up after use.
In addition, general housekeeping of the facility has been added to daily facility inspections
conducted by site management. To help alleviate this
problem in the future, Evergreen Environmental has put on a fixed schedule to pick-up filters on
a bi-weekly basis.
