0 0 <br />Per the discussion between Transfer Station Manager, Mike Abood, and yourself on November <br />18, 2008 the 1,000 -gallon tank was excluded from this requirement. The two 55 -gallon drums in <br />question were mistakenly identified as being emptied. In reality, they both contained a small <br />amount of virgin oils as indicated by the shipping labels attached. "Empty Container" labels have <br />been obtained for use with empty drums in the future however.
