At that time, <br /> consolidated manifests were reviewed and the Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) <br /> Identification Number CAL 00044491 was recorded from the onsite copies. <br /> Per EHD follow up procedures, it was discovered that the EPA Identification Number <br /> being used on the above referenced facilities consolidated manifests does not belong to <br /> this facility. <br /> The above referenced facility has been assigned, EPA Identification Number <br /> CAL000182646 by the Department of Toxic Substance Control. <br /> Cease transporting hazardous waste under the incorrect EPA Identification Number <br /> immediately.
