These billings have several things in error. <br /> First of all, our underground tanks were discontinued in June <br /> 1989, prior to the July 1 , 1989 cut off dat�Even if we still <br /> had underground facilities, there should hav been only one <br /> billing: <br /> Location: 16299 E. Highway 26 <br /> Facility: 100 . 00 <br /> Container Number: 001 50 . 00 <br /> 002 50. 00 <br /> As you can see from the billings enclosed, we received three <br /> billings, two under the name R & V_ Dondero. Also, Mid County <br /> Farm Service does not nor ever did have an underground facility <br /> on their site. They have always used our tanks for their gas <br /> and diesel. <br /> We have filled out an UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK PROGRAM - FARM <br /> TANK INFORMATION FORM for the one site we used to have.
