The lease stipulated that any underground tanks first
be removed and that any contamination would be the responsibility
of the owner to clean up. The tanks were finally removed and
leakage was evident. The owner has had more soil samples taken
and has submitted a plan to clean up the contamination.
My problem is this: Negotiations started in March, 1989, I
have had a signed lease since June and I now understand that it
will take another month before your office can even begin to
review the clean-up plan. Is there anything that can be done to
speed up the process?
I would greatly appreciate any consideration you and your
staff could give the project. Please call me at the number below
to discuss the situation. Thank you for your cooperation.
DLD/jf
Regards,
REEYn^NOLDS ALUMINUM RECYCLING COMPANY
AVS4e ;(, t06L-
Darryrusiness
.
