A hazardous <br />waste manifest listing those products must be submitted to the SJLHD <br />within 30 days of tank removal. <br />2. If tanks are to be used as scrap metal or reused, a receipt from <br />the scrap yard, or others, must be submitted within 30 days of <br />tank removal to the SJLHD. <br />3. A sample must be taken from below tank and analyzed <br />for the following: <br />1. BTX (EPA 8020) <br />2. TPHC (EPA 8015 mod.) <br />4. Call for inspection 48 hrs. prior to removal, calls after 12:00 <br />cannot be scheduled for the following day. <br />
