The permit has been approved with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Aris Veloso at (209) 468-3453 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br /> (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that <br /> inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> a. Leak detector test: The 87 product line leak detector must be tested to confirm that <br /> the device can detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br /> b. Secondary piping soap test on the repaired 87 product secondary piping: One hour <br /> pressure test per manufacturer's guidelines. If there are no manufacturer's <br /> guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable method specified in an <br /> industry code or engineering standard. <br /> c. Secondary containment testing, after concrete is set, on the repaired 87 product <br /> secondary piping. <br /> d. Secondary containment testing, after concrete is set, on all nearby or exposed <br /> secondary containment components. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br />
