Comments: When we arrived the slab in front of the pump house had recently been Pressure washed. We <br /> discussed with the property management the issues involved and told them of the correct procedures.* wash with <br /> a detergent or emulsitler And catch the rinsate with an:►bsorhent. Dispose of the absorbent as hazardous waste. <br /> F. The piping at this site is a straight-up system with double wall piping up to the pumping unit. <br /> G. The ILS-2341 is a very basic system and Is not capable of providing Positive+Shut Down(PSD). Wo tried. <br /> FI- The sewor disconnect alarm duos work (it lights an LED on the front panel and beeps) but again, it does not <br /> provide PSD. <br /> 1. There is a delay period between the activating of as liquid sensor and the sounding of the alarm. With the liquid <br /> sensors it is around five minutes. For iensnr disconnect it is around 13 minutes. <br /> J. ne pressure washing of the dispensers was responsibic for putting some water into the Under Dispenser <br /> Containment(UDC)of the gasoline pump, it was removed with the shop vac and,along with the water from the <br /> fillspill bucket tests,was placed into the Waste Antifreeze barrel in hack of the shop. <br /> K.
