Washington Street <br />Dear Ms. Foley: <br />The contract laboratory specified on the current UST closure permit is not available for sampling <br />and analysis on the scheduled tank removal date of January 5, 1999. For this reason, the laboratory shown <br />on the permit needs to be changed. <br />Enclosed is a modified Page 3 for your information. The selected laboratory, Precision Enviro-Tech. <br />in Stockton, is a State Certified Laboratory and is set up to do all of the required analyses of the samples to <br />be taken tomorrow for each of the four (4) tanks described in the permit. <br />The Port appreciates your assistance and support involving this modification.
