Box 2089, Stockton, CA 95201-2089 <br />{209} 946-0246 1 FAX (209) 465-7244 I TELEX 35-9467 <br />March 18, 1999 <br />Enclosed please find, as per your request, the following documents from the Port of Stock -ton (Port) <br />for your review and approval: <br />Original Tank Closure Certification Forms from Thorpe Oil for each of the four USTs. <br />UST Disposition Tracking Records for each of the four USTs. <br />Copy of Manifest #98891686 for UST rinse water. <br />The original Analytical Report from Precision EnviroTech Labs for the soil and water <br />samples taken on January 5, 1999, when the tanks were removed. <br />The Port's position, as was stated in our letter of February 22, 1999, to Ms. Donna Heran, is that <br />these documents constitute ample evidence that these sites should be closed without any further actions, and <br />we are hereby requesting a written closure letter with regard to the sites. <br />GENERAL OFFICE: 2201 W.
