Box 2089, Stockton, CA 95201-2089 <br />(209) 946-0246 / FAX (209) 465-7244 or (209) 466-5986 <br />February 4, 1999 <br />Mr. Michael Kith <br />San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br />Environmental Health Division <br />Underground Storage Tank Program <br />304 East Weber Avenue <br />Stockton, CA 95202 <br />RE: Underground Storage Tank Removal Documents <br />Dear Mr. Kith: <br />Enclosed, please find for your review, copies of the following documents <br />for four (4) Underground Storage Tanks (UST's) on Port of Stockton (Port) <br />property, which were removed on Tuesday, January 5, 1999: <br />UST Disposition Tracking Records (4) for UST's #39-128207, #39- <br />128208, #39-128209, & #39-128210; <br />Laboratory analytical results for one (1) water sample from #39- <br />128207, and eight (8) soil samples, two from each of the above <br />UST removal sites; <br />• Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest #98891686, <br />City of Stockton Fire Permit #99-1; <br />Approved Underground Storage Tank Closure Permit for the 4 UST's; <br />A letter to the City of Stockton Building Dept. which describes the <br />four sites and explains why soil compaction reports are not <br />necessary for these sites at this time. The City of Stockton <br />Building Dept. has accepted this letter in lieu of soil compaction <br />reports for each of the four sites. <br />GENERAL OFFICE: 2201 W.
