The former underground storage tank(s) (UST) cannot be recommended for final <br /> closure without further investigation to determine the full extent of the soil and/or groundwater problem. <br /> In addition,Public Health Services,Environmental Health Division (PSH/EHD) is providing you notification <br /> that an "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release(Leak)/Contaminated Site Report"has been filed <br /> pursuant to Section 25180.7 of the Health and Safety Code. <br /> Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at your facility, San Joaquin County PHS/EHD <br /> has been designated by the State of California Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing <br /> the investigation of leaking UST's.
