Waterloo Rd., Stockton CA.
The tanks have been properly closed at the above site under permit and inspection by the EHD.
Sample results from the site indicated that our no further action letter could be issued. The
issuance of this final letter is pending the payment of all outstanding fees owed for the site. On
September 2, 1998 you signed an agreement to pay the back fees and penalties of$6162.50, by
the payment in Full or provide plan of$200.00 per month until the balance is paid in full. An
additional 58.00 state surcharge fee for the 4'h tank is also due. Final letters are not issued by the
EHD until fees have been paid in full. Therefore please contact this office with your intentions on
payment of this outstanding amount so that the EHD can finalize this matter.
It should be noted that a fourth tank was located at the site. Because you had no knowledge of
this tank and there were no obvious signs that this tank existed, you will not be charged the
additional back fees and penalties for this tank.
If you have any further questions, please contact me at (209)468-3446.
Karen Furst, M-D., M.P.H.
Health Officer
Doug Wi son, Supervising R.E.H-S.
Environmental Health Division
DW/dw
ivision of San Joaquin County Health Care Sere
