If water could enter into the secondary containment <br />by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed <1 <br />gallon of liquid from this sump. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid. This was <br />corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />318 <br />CCR 26360(2) Leak detector failed to detect a 3.0 gph leak at 10 psi. <br />The 91 VMI line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be capable of <br />detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician adjusted the leak detector, retested it, and it <br />passed. This was corrected on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class I. <br />319 <br />CCR 2635(b) No spill bucket, failed to contain five gallons, or failed to provide a means to keep it empty. <br />The diesel direct -bury spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five <br />gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. A permit SR0076670 was <br />obtained and the swivel adapter was replaced and spill container was retested on 1-27-2017 with passing results. <br />Corrected. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
