Box #1138 2
Stockton, CA. 95201
AT`iN: Bob Girabaldi
Gentlemen.
This letter is a verification, for the Health Depart-
ment, on the tests and repairs made on your 10, 000 gallon
underground gas tank.
On April 20, 1988, we were called by San Joaquin Bev-
erage Co. to precision test a 10, 000 gallon underground
gas tank and a 3, 000 gallon diesel tank.
The first test on the 10, 000 gallon gas tank was in-
conclusive and therefore discontinued. Stockton Service Station
Equipment concluded that there was a possible problem with
a vapor pocket or with the existing vent line on the other
end of the 10, 000 gallon tank - opposite the fill.
We then uncovered the vent end of the tank, discon-
nected the vent and tested. The vent wouldn' t hold pres-
sure and was replaced. Stockton Service Station Equip-
ment went ahead and installed a burp line to grade which
eliminated the vapor pocket.
The tank was back-filled and the third precision test
was made. This time, the 10, 000 gallon gas tank was within
