Jeff Wong [EH]
From: Jeff Wong [EH]
Sent: Monday, September 15, 2014 11:39 AM
To: 'Baerg, Barbara'
Subject: RE: New Stockton Courthouse
Barbara:
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you; I was out of the office most of the time on site overseeing 2 rather large UST
installations.
The complaint on the invoice refers to the billable time for documenting, reporting, and referring all the activities
associated with the discovery and interim remediation of the petroleum contamination not related to the two
USTs. Since the contamination is not associated with the two known USTs, a complaint had to be generated separate
from the Service Request(permit)for the removal of the two tanks. That way the time billed to the two activities(UST
removal, versus remediation and disposal of the excavated waste)can be delineated.
Best Regards,
\ Jeff
From: Baerg, Barbara [mailto:Barbara.Baerg(&jud.ca.aov]
Sent: Wednesday, September 10, 2014 12:59 PM
To: Jeff Wong [EH]
Cc: Desai, Pradip
Subject: FW: New Stockton Courthouse
HiJeff,
Thank you for yourtelephone call regarding Invoice#IN0255600, specifically for the description of complaint insp.
If you could be so kind as to e-mail an explanation of what"complaint insp" is,specific to the work that was done, I can
forward the email to finance with the invoice and they should approve based on the email.
