NO <br />EXPIRATION DATE ON BOTTLE." <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: The left side of the dairy walk-in cooler is 47F. Maintain unit at 41F or below. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />walk-in cooler - left side -- 47.00° F -- fans not on - Manager walk-in cooler - right side -- 39.00° F <br />submitted a work order for repair. <br />NOTES <br />Store Manager was not aware of the complaint and no similar complaints have been received by the store. <br />Per Manager, the Nutcher milk is delivered weekly (twice a week if demand requires an additional order). The milk is delivered <br />by Nutcher. Once it is received and checked in by an employee, the milk is placed into the walk-in cooler. The time frame <br />between receiving and being placed in the walk-in cooler is not more than 10 mnutes. <br />The temperature of the walk-in cooler this date is between 39-47F. The dairy walk-in cooler has 3 sets of 6 condenser fans. <br />The left set of 6 fans are not on this date. The air temperature of the walk-in on this side is 47F. There are two fans not turning <br />in the middle set of six fans. All fans on the right side set of fans are functional (39F). <br />Manager submitted a work order for the fans that are not currently working (it is unclear whether the unit is in a defrost cycle <br />or if the unit is not functioning properly). <br />All Nutcher milk bottles (all flavors) have the BEST BY date stamped on the outer rim of the lid.
