These Bills require <br /> the inventor'' , inspection and permitting of all underground storage tanks that <br /> contain haza' dousmaterials. The San Joaquin Local Health District, Division <br /> of Environmental Health was designated as the enforcement agency for the <br /> '' within San Joaquin County. State law provides <br /> cities and unincorporated areas w n . <br /> for a fee system to cover the' cost of implementing this state mandated <br /> Program. <br /> Local fees (see attached Fee Schedule), for these required inspectional <br /> ` b i The facilities Permit to Operate <br /> services, wil] be billed on -,, 'Yearly am s. <br /> � i d In addition to the yearly <br /> will. be issued for a five year period. <br /> also^ l include a $S6/tank. State surcharge <br /> inspectional fee, this statement w 1 n <br /> fee The State surcharge fee per tank will. be charged every five years or <br /> whenever the facilities Permit is renewed or. amended. All State surcharge <br /> fees will be transmitted by the Health District to the California Water <br /> Resource� Control Board. <br /> To apply for a facilities permit to Operate, complete the attached Fee <br /> Worksheet and submit the appropriate fees. Fees are due and payable February <br /> 3' 1986.
