Annual Line Leak Detector Results: The diesel and the unleaded pressurized piping system
each use a Veeder-Root electronic pressure line leak detector as a component of the TLS-350
monitoring system. The Scott Company of California tested both detectors on June 26, 2003
during annual re-certification of the monitoring system. Please refer to the enclosed results.
The line leak detector test results are shown under paragraph G. on page 3 of the report.
2. Permit to Repair/Replace Failed Equipment: Through conversations with you, Kent Miller of City
of Stockton Fire Department, and with Robert Corsun of Paradiso Mechanical, Inc., I confirmed
that proper permits were secured to complete the repair and upgrade work. At this time I'm
awaiting copies of the completed permits from our contractor.
3. Post-Construction Line Tightness Test for Waste Oil Tank: Per the enclosed memo from Tank
Tek, the gravity flow waste oil product line was isolated and tested as part of the tank. This test
is highlighted on Tank Tek's test report sheet dated November 15, 2003 (enclosed).
Please call me if you have any questions.
Since ly,
TQK
Gary Pf rr
Project Manager, Building Design and Project Services
PG&E Corporate Real Estate Department
Enclosures
Monitoring System Re-certification Report by Scott Company dated 6/26/03.
Tank and Piping Integrity Test Report by Tank Tek dated 11/15103.
Memo from Tank Tek dated 11/15/03.
Cc - Jim Jarvis, PG&E
