Additional work or changes shall he performed by Contractor only when authorlred In <br /> writing and signed by Constructor. <br /> 7.2 COMPENSATION: Compensation to Contractor for any increase In the amount of work due to addition., or changes <br /> shall, at Constructors option, be based on contract unit prices or agreed prices or on a cost-plus basis. If <br /> work is performed on a cost-plus basis, compensation will be an amount equal to the total of Items 7.2.1 through <br /> 7.2.1 Wages and salarLes, including payroll taxes, vacation, holiday, sick leave allowance, and other <br /> fringe benefits of Contractor's employees, and his job foremen, engaged in performing the work. (wages or <br /> expenses of any superintendent, representative in charge, or field office personnel are excluded.) <br /> 7.2.2 katerials and supplies actually consumed In the work. Premiums for other insurance shail <br /> nor be separately reimbursable. <br /> 7.2.4 Incidental direct costs to Contractor arising directly from performance of the work, provided they <br /> are approved In writing by Constructor. <br /> 7.2.5 A fee equal to the percentage stated In Contractor's proposal of the total of Paragraphs 7.21.1 <br /> through 7,2.4 including profit, superintendence, field office personnel. overhead, rental charges for use Of <br /> tools and equipment valued at less than $1.500 each, and other general and indirect expense. <br /> 7.2.6 Rental charges for use of Contractor's equipetient valued at 51,500 or rare each, at the rates <br /> submitted by Contractor in his proposal. Rates shall include fuel, maintenance, operating labor and other <br /> costs, unless other•.rLse specified.
