Wilson Way, Stockton, Ca. <br /> I. INITIAL SUMMARY: <br /> As a result of complaint #89-1583 , received on 7-31-89, <br /> alleging two improperly abandoned and unpermitted underground <br /> storage tanks (U.G.S.T. ) at 907 S. Wilson Way. A site <br /> evaluation was conducted on 8-2-89 by Carol Oz, Registered <br /> Environmental Health Specialist (R.E.H.S. ) of Public Health <br /> Services of San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Division. <br /> The owner of the facility, Mr. Joe Bryson, signed the <br /> inspection report. <br /> (see exhibit #A-1) <br /> The owner in this inspection report was advised to: <br /> (1) submit closure plan by 8-23-89 . (2) temporarily close <br /> tanks or (3) activate tanks, properly monitor tanks and pay <br /> delinquent fees. On 8-9-89 Carol Oz had notified Mr. Joe <br /> Bryson, owner, of delinquent fees due. PHS-EHD sent a billing <br /> statement on 9-15-89 . <br /> On 10-16-89 Carol Oz contacted Mr. Bryson and he indicated he <br /> was contracting out the tank removal and we should receive a <br /> closure plan shortly. <br /> On 8-29-90 during an emergency response call to this site by <br /> A Division of San Joaquin Counry Health Care Services <br />
