Section 25299 - Failure to comply with regulations. <br /> V. STATEMENT OF FACTS: <br /> 7-13-89 <br /> Received complaint #89-1583 , concerning improperly abandoned <br /> and unpermitted underground storage tanks. <br /> 8-2-90 <br /> Complaint inspection was performed by Carol Oz. The <br /> inspection verified two underground storage tanks existing on <br /> the site. Mr. Joe. Bryson signed the inspection report <br /> describing the action he was to take to bring the site into <br /> compliance. Carol Oz informed him of back fees due. <br /> (See Exhibit A-1) <br /> 8-9-89 <br /> Carol Oz notified Mr. Joe Bryson of back fees due. <br /> 9-15-89 <br /> An Environmental Health Division billing statement was mailed <br /> to owner 1986, 1987, 1988 and 1989 delinquent fees. <br /> (See Exhibit A-2) <br /> 10-15-89 <br /> Environmental Health Division billing statement of delinquent <br /> fees was mailed. <br /> (See Exhibit A-3) <br /> 10-16-89 <br /> Carol Oz contacted Joe Bryson and he stated that, "He is <br /> contracting out currently" (for removal) . "We should receive <br /> a closure plan shortly" . <br /> 8-29-90 <br /> During an emergency response to this site by Engine Co. #1, <br /> City Fire Dept. , and Letitia Resch, R.E.H.S. it was discovered <br /> that the owner had been digging out U.G.S.T. 's in preparation <br /> for removal. This activity was taking place without a permit. <br /> (See Exhibit A-4) <br /> 8-30-90 <br />
