Ensure that designated operators performing <br /> monthly inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 208 CCR 2715 Designated operator monthly inspection reports not maintained on site for at least 12 months. <br /> The September 2015 designated operator monthly inspection report was not found on site. Designated operator <br /> monthly inspection reports for the previous twelve months shall be retained on site. Locate and ensure that copies of <br /> the previous twelve months of designated operator monthly inspection reports are maintained on site. Submit copies <br /> to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 319 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and property disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Liquid was observed in the southern 87-octane sump. If water could enter into the secondary containment by <br /> precipitation or infiltration, rt must be removed and disposed of properly. The technician onsite removed as much liquid <br /> as he was able to, however some residual liquid has remained. Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous <br /> waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage it accordingly. Ensure that this sump is <br /> maintained free of liquid.
