Yosemite Blvd. <br /> Manteca, CA 95336 <br /> From: Alison Youngblood, REHS <br /> San Joaquin County EHD <br /> RE: Required Underground Storage Tank Testing <br /> In a phone conversation in February 2001, you were informed by PHS-EHD staff that <br /> you had not conducted the annual monitoring system test or annual leak detector test <br /> required by Title 23, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Section 2630 (d). You were <br /> also informed that an annual line tightness testing is required by Title 23, CCR, Section <br /> 2636(f)(4). It was requested that you schedule the required testing and contact PHS-EHD <br /> so that staff can be present to conduct the annual inspection required by the California <br /> Health and Safety Code(HSC), Section 25288 (a). <br /> Please schedule this required testing and contact PHS-EHD by June 20, 2001.
