71Sa[777 NSF PLAN <br /> RESPONSE PLAN: <br /> To the satisfaction of the local agency, any unauthorized <br /> release will be removed from the secondary container within the <br /> shortest possible time and no longer than the time consistent with <br /> the ability of the secondary container to contain the hazardous <br /> substance. <br /> THE FOLLOWING EOUIPMENT IS LOCATED ON SITE: <br /> The following information will be required. <br /> Absorbent Material <br /> Shovel <br /> Mops <br /> Rags <br /> Buckets <br /> Sponges <br /> Equipment maintenance schedule <br /> Any additional equipment required for removal of hazardous waste, <br /> but not located on site, will be supplied by the Hazardous Waste <br /> Hauler as designated by Chevron U.S .A. <br /> CLEAN-UP/RECORDS: <br /> The following steps should ensue after a spill. <br /> 1. Small spills (less than 1 gallon and only requiring 15 <br /> minutes to clean up) shall be cleaned up using absorbent <br /> materials. These materials will then be place in a <br /> container, sealed and marked "Hazardous Waste" . The <br /> containers will then be removed by a Hazardous waste <br /> hauler. <br /> 2 . For safely removing any excess water from the secondary <br /> containment to a holding facility, the owner\operator <br /> will use a hand pump. If excess liquid rises <br /> continuously, in the annular space, the owner\operator <br /> will inform his dealer of a possible leak. If the <br /> potential for contamination exist, in the excess water, <br /> the owner\operator will provide a sample to a certified <br /> laboratory, for examination. <br /> 3 . Larger spills occurring during product delivery shall be <br /> reported to the terminal by the dealer and/or by the <br /> delivery truck driver. The terminal supervisor will <br />
