Madison Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> For tank removal- . 300 gallon diesel <br /> The Project Manager and The Health & Safety Coordinator is Mike Flores of Stockton Service <br /> Station Eq. Co_, Inc., <br /> 808 N. Union St., Stockton, CA 95205. Phone (209) 464-8333. The Alternate Site Safety Officer <br /> will be Nlike Jones of Stockton Service Station Eq. Co., Inc. <br /> Stockton Service Station Eq. Co., Inc. will have on site two (2) fire extinguishers and one (1) first <br /> aid kit within 50 ft. of the tank area where flammable vapors are present. Stockton Service <br /> Station Eq. Co., Inc. shall notify the local fire department and U.S.A. dig 48 hours before <br /> excavation shall begin. The tanks will be emptied of product before start of job_ The tanks will be <br /> triple rinsed and dry iced (30 lbs. per 1000 gallons), before lifting tanks. Stockton Service Station <br /> Eq. Co., Inc. shall monitor tanks with a Low Explosion Level (LEL) meter. <br /> We will seal all openings and one plug will have a 1l8" opening, before tanks will be transported, <br /> along with piping. <br /> At no time will Stockton Service Station Eq. Co., Inc., cut or weld on site. <br /> The tanks will be secured on truck after excavation for transportation; tanks and plumbing will be <br /> hauled away by <br /> Cal-Coast Equipment, 700 N. Walnut, Turlock, CA 95380, (209) 668-9378. <br /> Stockton Service Station Eq. Co., Inc. will approach all excavations with possible cave-ins. The <br /> following rules <br /> will be followed to prevent any mishap. <br /> 1. Soil will be inspected for stability before and after removal. <br /> 2. Soil to be at least two (2) feet from edge of an excavation. <br /> 3. If excavation is five (5) feet or more, the hole shall be tapered, braced or other equipment <br /> methods shall be used <br /> to prevent possible cave-in's. Precautions will be implemented at all times. <br /> On the job site, clean fill will be used to backfill the empty hole, after soil samples have been taken <br /> by Advanced <br />
