Main Street, Manteca <br /> The permit application to expose the 87 & 91 octane product lines for the exploration of a <br /> leak has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. A complete description of work performed must be submitted within 10 days of <br /> completing the repair. <br /> 2. If any piping is to be repaired or replaced Environmental Health must be notified <br /> so that an inspection can be arranged. Per Environmental Health assessment of <br /> findings, new plans and a permit application may be required to be submitted. <br /> 3. Soil sampling may be necessary per Environmental Health assessment. <br /> 4. A 30-minute line pressure test must be performed on the primary and secondary <br /> piping of all exposed lines and witnessed by Environmental Health prior to <br /> backfilling. <br /> 5. After completion of work, a line tightness test must be performed by a certified <br /> third party technician on all exposed piping. Results must be sent to <br /> Environmental Health within 10 days of completing the repair. <br /> 6. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tank a tank integrity test will <br /> be required. <br /> 7.
