Main St. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> On July 23, 1993 and administrative hearing was held to discuss the status and incomplete investigative <br /> progression at the above referenced site. <br /> An agreement was reached between San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) and Ultramar Inc. and the following dates were set for times reports and <br /> investigation proposals shall be received: <br /> -Submittal of tank closure workplan by September 1, 1992. <br /> -Corrective Action Plan for concurrent work at site at time of tank closure if desired.
