Hazelton
Stockton, CA 95201
Dear Ms. Oz:
Re: Beacon Station #474
3440 Main Street
Stockton, CA 95208
Enclosed are the precision tank test results for the above referenced
Beacon Service Station. Please review the results and, should you have
any questions, feel free to contact me.
Please note that three separate leak detector tests are included in these
documents. However, the contractor who installed leak detectors in late
1988 will be sending us a copy of the invoice for the work performed; per
your request, I will forward a copy to you as soon as it is received.
It would seem the reason that the May 1989 inspection report issued by
your department indicates an absence of leak detectors is because they
were not installed in the usual turbine box area. They were installed
next to the turbine boxes under separate manhole covers. Moreover, if you
were to check the department's file for this location, I believe you would
find line test results dated October 23, 1988, also documenting separate
leak detector tests on all three products.
Also enclosed is a copy of the most recent verification of meter calibra-
tions for this location. Quarterly inventory reports will be sent to you
under a separate cover. Station personnel have been instructed to
maintain all inventory reconciliation documents on site for review.
