2 <br /> If the contamination exceeds the allowable concentration limits, a detailed <br /> plan for soil and ground water cleanup will be developed with associated <br /> cost. <br /> The results of these findings along with a clean-up plan will again be sub- <br /> mitted for approval to the San Joaquin Local Health District. At this <br /> time, the acceptable goals and the required magnitude of efforts will be <br /> negotiated with local authorities. <br /> Task 3 - Soil and Ground Water Cleanup <br /> Depending on the results of Task 2, a decision will be made about the <br /> possible removal of contaminated soil and pumping of contaminated ground <br /> water. <br /> Discussing in detail the procedures available for this task is at present <br /> not practical . We do not know if such actions will be needed. <br /> Schedule <br /> The commencement of investigative efforts is planned for the middle of <br /> March, 1986.
