These Bills require <br /> the inventory, inspection and permitting of all undP_rground storage tanks that <br /> contain hazardous materials. The San Joaquin Local Health District, Division <br /> of Environmental Health was designated as the enforcement a9ency for the <br /> cities and unincorporated areas within Gan Joaquin County. State law provides <br /> for a fee system to cover the cost of implementing this state mandated <br /> program. <br /> i | i tional <br /> Local fees (see attached Fee Schedule) r for these requ reo nspec <br /> services, will be billed on a yearly basis. The facilities Permit to Operate <br /> will be issued for a five year period. In addition to the yearly <br /> inspettional fipe' this �5tatement will also include a $56/tank State surcharge <br /> fee The State surcharge fee per tank will, be charged every five years or <br /> ^ amended.whenever the facilities permit is renewed or, amen .
