AB 1465 Assembly Bill-AMENDED http://www.leginfo.m.gov/pubbiH/wm/ab...00/ab_1465_bill_20010404_amended_asm.html <br /> action. <br /> (4) The collection of unpaid fees that are imposed pursuant to <br /> Seetien 26299.49, as that Beet#en— Article 5 <br /> (commencing with Section 25299.40) , as that article read on <br /> December 31, 2010, or have become due before January 1, 2011, <br /> including any interest or penalties that accrue before, on, or after <br /> January 1, 2011, associated with those unpaid fees. <br /> (d) The board shall annually, on or before September 30, prepare <br /> and submit a report to the Legislature which describes the status of <br /> the fund and sets forth recommendations for legislative changes to <br /> improve the efficiency of the program established pursuant to this <br /> chapter, with a special emphasis on expediting environmental cleanup <br /> and the distribution of money from the fund, including alternative <br /> methods for the distribution of that money. <br /> SEC. 12. No reimbursement is required by this act pursuant to <br /> Section 6 of Article XIIIB of the California Constitution because the <br /> only costs that may be incurred by a local agency or school district <br /> will be incurred because this act creates a new crime or infraction, <br /> eliminates a crime or infraction, or changes the penalty for a crime <br /> or infraction, within the meaning of Section 17556 of the Government <br /> Code, or changes the definition of a crime within the meaning of <br /> Section 6 of Article XIIIB of the California Constitution. <br /> 15 of 15 4/24/01 3:49 PM <br />
