SWRCB has notified us that you have <br /> not sent them a copy of your ELD test result, and we have not received a copy of the test result. <br /> Unless a request for reconsideration was approved by the SWRCB for your facility, you are <br /> required to submit and have a program of ELD testing approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD) within six months from the date of formal notification <br /> you received from SWRCB, and to implement ELD testing 12 months thereafter. The EHD <br /> requires a permit to be obtained prior to conducting ELD testing. <br /> According to our records, you have an UST system(s)with no single-walled component(s). ELD <br /> testing is required only once by Section 25292.5 of the Health and Safety Code.
