D., M.P.H., Acting Health Officer
304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor • Stockton, CA 95202
209/468-3420
February, 5 1997
Frank Minerva & John Bourdon
McHenry Station & Mini Market
Escalon, Ca 95320
RE: Leak detector replacement.
On 10/15/96 this Department received a copy of a tightness test
conducted at your facility. The test results indicate that a leak
detector was replaced during the test. Leak detector replacement
requires a PHS-EHD repair permit. Failure to obtain a permit will
result in your facility being placed in a state of non-compliance
with the State Water Resources Control Board and this Department.
A facility with a non-compliance status is not eligible for access
to the State Cleanup Fund and failure to resolve this matter in a
timely manner may result in further legal action by this
Department.
If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please
contact me at 468-0332.
Ernest M.
