The test results indicate that a leak <br />detector was replaced during the test. Leak detector replacement <br />requires a PHS-EHD repair permit. Failure to obtain a permit will <br />result in your facility being placed in a state of non-compliance <br />with the State Water Resources Control Board and this Department. <br />A facility with a non-compliance status is not eligible for access <br />to the State Cleanup Fund and failure to resolve this matter in a <br />timely manner may result in further legal action by this <br />Department. <br />If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please <br />contact me at 468-0332. <br />Ernest M.
