(Ad) has <br /> prepared the enclosed Work PIan Addendum for the Stockton East Water District - Diesel UST at <br /> 6767 East Main Street in Stockton, California. <br /> The Work Plan was prepared for the collection of soil samples from the underground storage tank <br /> {UST} area prior to abandonment of one 10,000-gallon diesel UST at the site. The Work Plan <br /> presents the proposed scope of work to advanced three soil borings to evaluate if an unauthorized <br /> release of petroleum has impacted the site. Two under the UST and one in the product line area. <br /> To mitigate utility interference, AGE proposes to advance three vertical soil boring around the <br /> 10,000-gallon diesel UST and two soil boring in the product line mid and end-areas. Soil samples <br /> will be collected at 10, 15 and 20 foot intervals below surface grade (bsg) around the UST and at 4 <br /> feet bsg in the line area. The sample will be analyzed in accordance with the approved Work Plan. <br /> Upon PHS-£HD approval of the work plan and issuance of the soil boring permit, AGE will <br /> schedule field operations.
