Box 388
Stockton, CA 95201
RE : 6767 East Main Street Underground Storage Tank (UST) #2
Telephone conversation April 5, 1996
The UST #2 regular unleaded gasoline tank pressure line test
performed March 4, 1996 result was inconclusive as reported by
Lyle Nimmo, Afforda-Test . The log of test procedure comment
stated the foot valve in tank #2 does not hold pressure and the
valve is unaccessible from the surface .
A result of inconclusive for any part of the precision test on
the tank or line is considered a failed tank system test . In
this case, a repair to the foot valve in tank #2 is needed
followed by a passing re-precision testing of the entire tank
system. The repair is to be done under a piping repair permit
and inspection by PHS-EHD. I am enclosing an Application for a
piping repair permit .
Please submit the Application for piping repair permit by April
19 , 1996 .
A Division of San JoagUin Countv Health Care Services
