The TPHG
concentration was a do minimis 14 PPM.
The area beneath the former UST has contaminated soil in a sandy
lens approximately 15 feet and is approximately 2 and 112 feet
thick.
The first aquifer has some fuel products in it as noted in Table
1.
JPCA strongly suggests that the overburden in the former UST area
be removed commencing at Vrade to approximately i5 feet. Then
the lens o£ sandy sail which is contaminated with fuel product be
removed and spread out to aerate under a permit form the local
Air Quality District. The extent of the excavation should be
monitored with a PID or similar instrument.
Because the potable water well was not found to be contaminated,
no other remediation actions are recommended at this time.
This report has been prepared specifically for Phillip Vallejo,
with specific application to a Phase i environmental
investigation. This report has been prepared with the care and
skill generally exercised by reputable professionals, under
similar circumstances, in this or similar localities. No other
warranty, either expressed or implied, is made as to the
professional advice presented.
JPCA appreciates this opportunity to Complete this environmental
investigation for you and would appreciate your referring further
work to JPCA, It you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely
9/
15r,11 -
SnP- Cummings, RBA, OHMS
Vironmental Enginc§er
incipal
DIIN N.
