There were no known wells, septic tanks, or drain field
in the vicinity of the excavation.
2. The dispensers sat on top of the tanks as noted on the
plot plan. The length of product line per tank was about
8 feet.
3. As discussed with Bill Snavley, the soil samples should
be taken by means of a backhoe digging down into the tank
area, extracting soil to be analyzed. Two samples from
the area of each 10,000 gallon tanks, one from each 1,000
gallon tanks* and = w_ A—=-="' These
sampling areas are indicated on the attached plot plan.
4. Mr. Keith Ross of Hayre's Egg Products contracted Telic
Engineering Corporation to remove four underground fuel
tanks. He as very concerned about the time remaining for
the exemption of tanks from the State and County
regulation. He also insisted that the tank would be
removed and job completed prior to the end of May, which
was added in handwriting to the contract. Since there
was no reason to doubt him, Telic Engineering
Q! S'Pr" SGGan
Gv I/ 6 P
  4n1. /0r/'`, `7
6je-4ti
R
