McHenry Ave. <br /> Escalon Ca. 95320 <br /> (209) 524-7030 524-7034 <br /> 2. Parcel plot plan showing tanks to be removed and distance from all wells with <br /> in 500 ft. is included. <br /> 3. Contractor: Shaws Maintenance, License #374345, & classification #C-61/D40. <br /> 4. (1) One 1000 gallon unleaded tank, (1) one 500 gallon regular tank, & (1) one <br /> 500 gallon waist oil tank. <br /> 5. Laboratory collecting soil samples will be California Water Labs. The release <br /> of information is enclosed. <br /> 6. Gasoline will be put in a bucket and burned in a vehicle. Waist oil will be <br /> picked up by a waist oil hauler. <br /> 7. Tanks will be purged of vapors with dry ice 20# per 1000 gallons. <br /> 8. Gasoline tanks will go to Cal Coast Mfg. They will be cutting up the tanks <br /> to be used for scrap metal.
