Soil samples collected shall be representative of native soils beneath the tank 's invert [tank 's bottom] at a collection depth not be exceed 2 - 4 feet. If contamination is documented during closure an Unauthorized Release notification must be filled out and submitted to SJLHD vithin 5 days.
