San Joaquin Street
Stockton, CA 95201
Re: 16351 S. McKinley Avenue, Lathrop, California
Dear Mike,
Per our conversation on Tuesday, April 4, 1995, SEMCO submits the following:
1 . Service request for tank removal and application for permit fees of $234.00.
2. State of California Water Resource Control Board forms A & B plus renewal fees of
$170.00.
Applications for permit to remove the 4,000 gallon underground diesel storage tank were
submitted in June of 1994.
Due to a change of ownership and delays associated with that change, the permits
expired. As authorized agent for the new owner we are asking San Joaquin County to
waive any penalty fees incurred.
If you have any questions or comments, please contact me at (209) 524-9653.
Thank You,
Milt Tiffin
SEMCO
Project Manager e9 /
