Mendocino Ave. Stockton, California (Figure 1) <br /> Dear Mr. Light; <br /> The attached report describes the soil sampling and laboratory results for a tank removal at the <br /> above referenced site. The tank removal and sampling was conducted on April 7, 2000 under <br /> permits issued by San Joaquin County PHS/EHD and the City of Stockton Fire Department. The <br /> tank was removed by Deltech and soil samples were collected by Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. All <br /> removal and sampling activities were observed by Mr. Michael Kift and Mr. Vidal Pedran of <br /> PHS/EHD. <br /> The excavation was backfilled with excavated material (primarily pea gravel) after samples were <br /> collected.
