James F. Leonard
Page 2
24 S. Hunter Street
6250 Lindberg (Career Aviation): Tanks 2 & 3 are out of compliance and have
been for several years. No monitoring data has been submitted to this office
to verify their status nor have the required active tank fees been submitted.
999 W. Mathews Road: One fiberglass singled walled underground storage
tank remains. Fiberglass tanks are considered to be corrosion protected;
therefore, this tank may be upgraded to 1998 standards. Any metal piping
must be retrofitted with corrosion protection by 1998. No monitoring data has
been submitted to this office to verify their status nor have the required active
tank fees been submitted.
1810 E. Hazelton Avenue: This site must submit a monitoring and response
plan for active tank #1 (unleaded), tank #2 (diesel), and tank #4 (waste oil).
We would like to arrange for the meeting to review the revised plan during the week
of September 25, 1995. Please call me at (209) 468-3452, so that we may schedule
a date agreeable to all parties involved, or if you have any questions.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmlental Health Division
Diane M.
