Craig <br />Ogata indicated that the County contracted with Fisch Environmental to prepare a compliance work <br />plan and strategic plan for budget preparation. <br />The representative from IT indicated that work plans would be prepared in sufficient detail to obtain <br />bids for the County's evaluation. PHS/EHD requested that the draft work plans be submitted by June <br />30, 1995 for PHS/EHD's evaluation of the proposed scope of work.
